Amethyst Dragons

Proud, regal, and arrogant, these dragons often look at any and all differences between good and evil as nothing more then petty children arguing over an old toy. These dragons are the most passive, and attentive dragons of all, they listen to anyone in their territory, not necessarily caring, but listening none the less. They are slow to anger, but vicious fighters. All other dragons often respect these dragons, since anything they say is often wise. These dragons live in seaside caves on various islands.
Breath Weapon: Explosive Projectile,.

Crystal Dragons

These dragons are among the friendliest of all the dragons, often going out of their way to make others they like happy. They are aloof and uncaring of most things, only looking out for their friends and themselves. They spend most of their time as information gatherers for the council and themselves, always wanting to learn more about the world they live in, and letting the others know of the events outside the islands. These dragons live mainly on the cold island that the white dragons inhabit, but can be found virtually anywhere in the Dragon Lands. They only stay way from the Reds and the Blacks; all other dragons view them as a child that needs to be looked after.
Breath Weapon: Glowing Shards.

Emerald Dragons

Emerald Dragons are very curious, not as much as the crystals though. These dragons look mainly into the history of the world, and stay back and observe any history that happens. These are also the historians for the council, keeping written and spoken history alive for the younger generations of the entire dragon breeds. They are very paranoid, and will become very aggressive if anyone, even their kindred get too close to their treasure. Their lairs are filled with traps and magic wards to keep out intruders, and they rarely emerge from hiding, having their kindred go to meetings that do not require their immediate attention.
Breath Weapon: Sonic Shriek.

Ruby Dragons

These dragons are mentally unstable. They have very little patients, and less attention span. These dragons often loose their minds because of their one need, tin. For some reason, these dragons are obsessed with this non-precious metal, and have decorations all over their subterranean caves of various tin items. They are willing to pay high prices for tin, and even have been known to attack others who refuse to give it to them. If anyone says that their items are not the most beautiful ever seen, the ruby dragon will attack, but if the person complies with the beauty of tin, then they will be spared. These dragons are very social, and will visit any other dragon without warning to show off their new trinket.
Breath Weapon: Sonic Rock Breaker.

Sapphire Dragons

The most aggressive of the gem species, the sapphire dragon is militantly territorial and does not trust anyone they first meet. They live in the deeper depths of the island inhabited by the emeralds, keeping away from the emeralds, and wanting the emeralds to keep away from them. If someone comes to threaten the lands of the emeralds and sapphires, then all the sapphires will form ranks and march to the field of battle, much like a well trained army, or a well oiled machine. They view any form of fleeing to be cowardly, and if one flees, it is either to kill itself, or die by the hands of the rest. They are honorable and noble, and would never try to ambush a foe, or attack it from behind. If a foe seems weaker then them, they will merely walk away from the fight, seeing it as a dishonor to do battle with a lesser opponent.
Breath Weapon: Inaudible Sonic.

Shadow Dragons

These dragons are devious and have little care for anything but survival and self-gratification. They hide in the shadows and are virtually undetectable, even with someone having dark vision. They hate bright light, and total darkness, preferring to live in very dim light, where their prey will not be able to see them properly, and think that it is just a mass of shadow. They are known to live in ruins, caves, and dense thickets of trees, or anywhere that shadows are present and they can escape the sun. They have a solitary life, meeting only to mate, and that happens only if the male can subdue the female. These dragons ambush their foes, and drain the life from them, for that is their food.
Breath Weapon: Negative Energy.

Topaz Dragons

Topaz dragons are unfriendly and selfish, though not malevolent, but they seldom deal with others due to their chaotic behavior. The do not like visitors, and will make it well known that anyone who comes to visit is not welcome. They do not concern themselves with anything that goes on in the outside world, and think the crystal dragons are stupid for doing so. The topaz also rarely attend anything dealing with the council, and only go to it when it is necessary for them to be there, often sending one of their kindred in their place. Anyone who can manage to befriend a topaz dragon has made a friend for life, as the topaz will remain loyal until the day it dies. The topaz will protect any and all friends and kindred with their lives, showing that these chaotic dragons do have a soft heart.
Breath Weapon: Sandstorm.
